The Story Behind AS SurfaceTech Pvt. Ltd.

The foundation of AS SurfaceTech Pvt. Ltd. is built on a shared vision, long experience, and a strong belief in doing things differently.

Mr. Virendra Gopalsingh Vansadiya and Mr. Shivam Tiwari first met in 2015 while working in a painting company. Being technically qualified professionals, they believed that the painting and protective coating industry could achieve better results through upgraded technology, better planning, and smarter execution.

They experienced many initiatives being restricted by traditional management systems where decisions were driven by cost control more than long-term improvement, innovation, productivity, safety, and quality.

Over a simple cup of tea, they decided to build an organization that welcomes innovation, adopts new painting technologies, improves productivity in practical ways, and maintains the highest standards of safety and quality.

After years of professional growth across multinational and owner-driven organizations, they established AS SurfaceTech Pvt. Ltd.
